Darkling (Mrak)

Darkling will be a psychological thriller with aspects of the horror genre, focusing on the lives of the remaining Serbs in Kosovo nowadays and the real life stories that lie beneath the media coverage. In the mountains of Kosovo, in a house surrounded by a dark forest, Milica lives with her mother and grandfather. At sunset, during the night the family barricades themselves in the house convinced that the evil comes from the terrifying forest. Is the house really besieged? Are their fears true to the war just experienced or is it all the fruit of their imagination as the officers of KFOR would want to make them believe? There is no evidence. There is no obvious physical evidence, but something sinister and terrifying is happening and, at night, the fears grow.
